What to do with those leftover buttercream icing when you don't want to freeze them? Brownies! Just melt a cup in the microwave and mix with a handfull of chocolate chips, add some flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, an egg. Mix them all up, you don't even need a mixer. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips and bake it away. Looks good enough for me!

I have finally found the best recipe for Butter Cake or Plain Cake that I love. And my Mom actually has it. I think I could spend the day eating the whole 1/2kg cake myself! Not too moist, not too dry. It tastes even better with less sugar. I would give it 10 out of 10!

I am sick and tired of Gardenia sandwich bread. They are empty and flat. Seriously, you need to hold them carefully like a baby otherwise they would just become as flat as a piece of paper.

So I have decided to make my own bread. It is cheaper and so easy to make. All I need is flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water and good hands or a mixer. Tastes ten times more delicious!

This is just a plain baked cheesecake. I love cheesecake but it's just fattening. I love the bottom crust more. From leftover stale biscuits at home, I doubled the bottom crust and halved the cream cheese layer on top. Perfect for me and tasted more yummy!

My Aunt used to make this Kuih Mazola eversince I could remember. And I would always request her to pack me some to bring home. Now her daughters are taking over all kuih making and the recipe just tastes as good. I started making this delicious cookies when I was craving for them in Dublin. They don't have Mazola brand corn oil but here in Malaysia I'm using real Mazola brand corn oil.

I have tasted a lot of Almond London cookies and decided that I like my Mom's the best. The key to a delicious Almond London cookie is you have got to have a whole almond inside (not half of an almond like in most cookies sold now), the dough has to be made with good quality butter and a quite expensive and good quality chocolate coating.

After some modification and a lot of unsuccessful experiment, I have made this recipe even better! ( I like them non-chewy) I have been making them since I was in high school and this is our family's all-time favourite.
